Ingredients:
- Potatoes 5 – 6
- Salt 1/2 tsp or as per taste
- Red pepper 1/2 tsp or as per taste
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Green chili chopped 1
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 tablespoon
- Rice flour (chawal ka atta) 1/4 cup
- Cooking oil for frying
Method
- Boil potatoes in hot water until tender.
- Grate or mash the potatoes.
- Add all ingredients.
- Add rice flour, mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Make small petis from the mixture
- Fry on low to medium flame
