Crispy Potatoes Peti

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 5 – 6
  • Salt 1/2 tsp or as per taste
  • Red pepper 1/2 tsp or as per taste
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Green chili chopped 1
  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves 1 tablespoon
  • Rice flour (chawal ka atta) 1/4 cup
  • Cooking oil for frying

Method

  • Boil potatoes in hot water until tender.
  • Grate or mash the potatoes.
  • Add all ingredients.
  • Add rice flour, mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Make small petis from the mixture
  • Fry on low to medium flame
